Cancellation conditions:
More than 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
7 – 30 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
0-7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
Early departure: 100% of the remaining costs
The booking dates specified are binding. The reserved rooms are available until 7:00 p.m. on arrival day. If you arrive later, please let us know. The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply.
Cancellations & General Terms and Conditions
In the event of a cancellation, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 apply. We can provide you with a short excerpt here for your information. The accommodation contract can be canceled by the contractual partner no later than 3 months before the guest's agreed arrival date without paying a cancellation fee.
Outside of § 5.5. After a certain period of time, withdrawal by unilateral declaration by the contractual partner is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
-> up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price
-> up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
-> in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Your booking is considered a fixed reservation after receipt of our written reservation confirmation and receipt of
your advance payment of EUR 50% of the total price within 14 days of the arrival date. No interest will be paid on advance payments.
We will not cover any transfer fees incurred. If the reservation is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation and holiday protection to cover any cancellation costs.
